All content, software, trademarks, and materials provided through our services are owned by or licensed to Buckden Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
Some services require paid subscriptions processed via Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are disclosed at the point of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buckden Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
